Harris County Public Health will be onsite to provide all of your vaccination needs!

What to bring: An I.D. and your vaccine records (if available)

What to know: Services vary by location, vaccines are offered based on state guidelines and availability.

Harris County Public Health (HCPH) offers childhood and adult vaccines through the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), the Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC) program, and the Adult Safety Net (ASN) program.

Texas Vaccine for Children (TVFC) : The program provides low-cost vaccines to eligible children from birth through 18 years of age who meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • Uninsured: Children who do not have any health insurance
  • Patients enrolled in Medicaid or are Medicaid eligible.
  • Underinsured: Children who have commercial (private) health insurance but whose coverage does not include vaccines – only select vaccines.
  • Patients enrolled in Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
  • American Indian or Alaskan Native

Adult Safety Net (ASN): Anyone who is 19 years of age or older and does not have health insurance is eligible to receive low-cost vaccines under the ASN program. Eligibility requirements include:
