HCPL has partnered with Oldways to present classes on how to eat healthy by following a traditional Latin American diet!

This program will feature two dishes rich in herbs, spices, and tubers. Those dishes are:

  • Wild Veggie Tostadas
  • Panama Fruit Smoothie

Library staff will give a presentation on the dishes and prepare them for everyone to share! 

This event will be held in the 1st floor Meeting Room.
