Often described as 'meditation in motion', Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise that helps to strengthen your muscles and relax your mind.
Dive into color with Water You Painting?! Kids and tweens will explore watercolor painting through fun techniques, creative prompts, and plenty of artistic freedom. Come experiment, paint, and see where your imagination flows!
No experience needed — all supplies provided.

Join us for songs, stories, and play during Baby & Toddler Time! This activity takes place in the Children's Room. Recommended for children ages 0 to 3 years.
Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this program has been proven to help people with arthritis engage in walking, stretching, and strengthening exercises to reduce pain, increase balance and strength, and build confidence in their ability to be physically active.
This program is available for people 60 years of age and older with arthritis.
