Often described as 'meditation in motion', Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise that helps to strengthen your muscles and relax your mind.
ESL Classes (Various Levels)
All of HCPL English-learning classes are taught by trained volunteer tutors and are completely free to attend. Learning materials are provided.
Beginner ESL Classes for Adults who speak little or no English. You will practice speaking, reading, writing and listening.
Advanced ESL Classes & Conversation Club for Adults who want to reach fluency in English. Practice speaking, reading, writing and listening with native speakers in a nonjudgmental environment.

Led by a professional opera singer, Music of Mexico explores some of the most beloved tunes from Mexico’s rich musical traditions. This festive class is a family program you do not want to miss!
For: Pre-School & Early Elementary (ages 3 to 3rd grade). Younger siblings may participate with the active support of a parent or caregiver as long as they do not disrupt the program.

Join us for our 3D Printer Orientation!
This orientation session will introduce participants to 3D printing services in the library. Those who complete the class will then be able to request time to use a 3D printer at HCPL branches, at which time they will complete a short machine-specific orientation at the location of their choice. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a 3D printer.
