If your student is struggling with math or has a simple question, come see Ms. Patricia for some one-on-one help! Each student should bring a homework or school work that they need help with. This program is for students in 4th to 12th grade. Registration is online, but walk-ins may be accepted.
Book Buddies is a free program that brings children and volunteers together to share the joy of reading. It pairs trained volunteers (Big Buddies) with children in kindergarten through 3rd grades (Little Buddies). For 10 weeks, the Buddies meet once a week in the afternoon for 45 minutes of one-on-one shared reading.
Book Buddies is a FREE literacy program that brings child and teens together to share the joy of reading. It pairs trained teen volunteers (Big Buddies) with children in K-3rd grades (Little Buddies).
Each Wednesday for 10 weeks, Big Buddies and Little Buddies will meet to read together and create positive experiences surrounding literacy. By the end of the session, we aspire that all Little Buddies will learn to love to read and form positive associations with reading.
Join us for our Pipe Cleaner Crafts series where each month, you'll have the chance to explore your creativity and make a variety of fun projects using pipe cleaners. Whether it's hearts, animals or jewelry, you'll be amazed by what you can do with just those fuzzy little sticks! This hands-on program is sure to offer something for crafters of all ages.
