Join us at the Barbara Bush Branch Library for The (Late Night) Library Show in benefit with Sunrise Movement Houston!
Do you like stripped down alternative, emo, or indie rock music? Help stock the shelves of Sunrise Movement's banned little libraries in the Houston area. Donate a banned book and receive a special button as thanks! Also accepted are children, teen, and adult novels which explore: the importance of community, multiculturalism, cultural anthropology, and STEM themes.
We will host three local Houston performers. Your favorite musicians', favorite musicians. Bring your friends, your mom, or even your grandma. Also don't forget a book! The Barbara Bush Library Friends will be accepting donations on behalf of Sunrise Houston. You can find a list of books here.
Doors open at 5:30pm and the show starts at 6:00pm.
