Are you ready to learn more English? Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday from 1 pm - 2:30 pm starting September 3 and ending November 12 (no class on October 15).
This class is for registered applicants. Registration dates for our next set of classes will be announced by early November.

Family Playdate Workshop
The Family Workshop is a five-week program intended for children, aged 5 years and under, and their caregivers. Caregivers and children gather in a room with passive toys that encourage creative play and learning. The sessions will also include a local child expert who will provide information and answer questions and concerns of caregivers on topics related to early child development.
Join our adults-only knitting and crochet group on the last Tuesday of each month for a relaxing evening of conversation. Bring your current projects, enjoy tea and treats, and chat with fellow crafters.
Harris County Public Library's Book Buddies is a FREE literacy program that pairs trained teen volunteers (Big Buddies) with children in K-3rd grade (Little Buddies) for 10 weeks to share the joy of reading. More information can be found on our website.
The next session for the Atascocital Branch Library will run from September 8 - November 17, 2026. The Buddies will meet on Tuesdays from 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM.
Fans of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series, books, and comics are invited to visit the Sunnydale Library, Mall, Graveyard, and The Bronze for an immersive fan experience, featuring crafts, trivia, giveaways, & more! This program is recommended for adults; teens ages 14+ are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please register in advance.
