Do you love collecting postcards? Join us on the 3rd Saturday of the month in the Children's Activity Room to meet other local postcard enthusiasts! 

Love playing the Pokémon card game and discussing all things Pokémon with fellow fans? Join the Pokémon League every first and third Saturday, sponsored by the Magnolia City Pokémon Gym. Bring your favorite deck, play the card game with other fans, trade cards in a controlled environment, and talk all things strategy. This event is open to all ages and skill levels.

Join with other toddlers and parents/caregivers for weekly story time fun! Toddler Time uses age appropriate stories, songs and finger plays to engage toddlers and their parents/caregivers. This story time is geared towards toddlers ages 18 months through 3 years.

Tickets are required and will be handed out in the Children's Library starting 15 minutes prior. Children must have a ticket to attend Toddler Time.

Build confidence in today’s digital world with the Digital Skills Builder Class presented by Compudopt! Teens will explore computer basics, internet safety, Google Workspace tools, digital creativity, and other valuable tech skills in a fun, hands-on environment designed to prepare them for school, careers, and everyday life.

This performance is inspired by two of the oldest forms of communication—the drum and the human voice. It explores the origins and history of African percussion and Spirituals from Americans of African descent. Students learn about traditional African drums such as the Djembe, Ashiko, and Dun Dun, as well as the Congolese Tumbadora.

Come explore the history and meanings behind Spirituals; learn how rivers, locomotives, and the Big Dipper symbolized freedom! Get hands on experience creating rhythms representing the life cycle of a river.

Join us for a special Preschool Storytime featuring Express Children’s Theatre and their exciting performance, Shyrana Saurus Rex! Little ones will enjoy a lively, interactive show filled with storytelling, imagination, and prehistoric fun. Perfect for preschoolers and their caregivers—don’t miss this dino-mite adventure at the library!

Join us for a relaxing, adults-only paint by numbers class. The theme for this class is a powerful and colorful T-Rex! No experience needed, no art skills necessary, just come and paint!
