Wiggle, giggle, and read together!
Join other toddlers and their parents or caregivers for weekly Toddler Time Storytime every Thursday at 10:15 a.m. or 11:15 a.m. Each session features age-appropriate stories, songs, and fingerplays designed to encourage early literacy, movement, and fun interaction.

This program is specially geared for toddlers ages 18–35 months and their caregivers. No ticket required—just drop in and join the fun!

Play, Learn, and Grow Together! 

From September 2 through September 30, our regular Patty Cake Baby Story Time will be replaced by the Play and Grow Family Place Workshops. Baby Story Time will return on October 7.

Join us for this special 5-week parent-child workshop designed to support early childhood development while strengthening the bond between children and their caregivers. Children ages 1–3 will enjoy hands-on play with toys and activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and learning.

Join us at Maud Marks Library every Tuesday from 11:15–11:45 AM for Preschool Explorer Time!

Designed especially for children ages 3–5, this 30-minute hands-on sensory play program encourages learning through exploration, creativity, and discovery. Each week, little learners will engage in fun, interactive activities that help build curiosity, problem-solving skills, and early language and motor development.

Want to learn English? Join us for a beginner English Class every Tuesday at 10:30 AM starting on August 18th. This class is free to join and all materials are provided. Please come to the library to register at the front desk before the start date. After the class begins, walk in registrations are welcome on a first come first served basis.

Entre mis brazos: Inprint Bilingual Memoir Writing Series- Join Texas Poet Laureate Emeritus Lupe Mendez for weekly juntas - bring something to write with and all your stories. This is about you building the layers and the branches of your life tree! Cada quien tiene un árbol lleno de historias. Each one of us has a tree full of stories.
