Join us for a 5-week workshop focused on promoting early childhood development, parental education and involvement.
Parents/caretakers and their children ages one to three will play, sing, move, and enjoy activities. We’ll provide helpful resources from community professionals.
Wednesdays: March 18th, 25th & April 1st, 8th, & 15th at 11:30 am

Join us twice a month for some gentle exercises like Tai Chi, yoga, and chair workouts – great for seniors and those with limited mobility.
