The Young Audiences of Houston brings the Healing Art of Clay to the JC LIbrary! Experience the mind-clearing benefits of connecting This course will be an opportunity to work with clay as an art medium. Each participant will become familiar with the basic methods of construction and sculptural techniques. The focus of the program will be to learn the history of clay and
learn hand building techniques like pinch, coil and slabs and how to use this medium to create a pot that tells a story.
