Freeman Library Staff will address queries on desktops/laptops, smartphones, digital tablets, HCPL eMedia, and more.
This service is free but reservations are strongly encouraged. Registration opens at 12 PM Thursday, August 07. To reserve your spot, please call the library at 832.927.5420 and ask for the Reference Desk. Walk-ins are welcome if time allows.
*Please note that device repair and diagnostics are unavailable in Tech 1-ON-1 appointments.
** Staff cannot address queries on various Artificial Intelligence (AI).
