This summer, the Museum of Fine Arts and Harris County Public Library invite children ages 7–12 to discover art through a free, weeklong camp full of creativity and fun!
Each day, participants will:

Explore examples of paintings and sculptures through lively, interactive discussions

Create their own artwork inspired by Latin American artists’ techniques, materials, and use of color
The week wraps up on Friday, July 11, with a special bus field trip to the Museum of Fine Arts, where children and their families will enjoy a guided gallery experience led by MFAH educators.
Important Info:
- All registrants must complete a paper application to confirm their seat
- Priority registration for in-person applicants; online registration will open two weeks later if space remains
- Paper applications will be available starting Monday, June 9
- Open to children ages 7-12 only
- This program is not open to daycare groups or organizations
