Join the UTMB Chronic Disease Prevention and Self-Management Programs for a FREE hypertension control class every Monday at the Evelyn Meador Library!
Developed by the Clemson Institute for Engaged Aging, this program helps you manage high blood pressure through nutrition, physical activity, and stress management. Participants will receive a free electronic blood pressure monitor and educational materials. Classes meet for 1.5 hours weekly for 8 weeks. Participants must be 65+ years old.
