The Friends of Freeman Library invite you to our Porch Book Sale! Browse a whole porch full of books for all ages at unbeatable prices. Explore a large selection of clearance fiction, nonfiction, children’s books, paperbacks, DVDs, and CDs. You’ll also find exclusive book-themed merchandise from the Friends of Freeman, including mugs, tote bags, and bookmarks.
All proceeds support Freeman Library programs and services.

Come meet local author, Amelia Ruiz-Diaz, as she reads her debut book Maya the Brave! This program includes a book-related craft. All supplies will be provided by the library.
This beautifully illustrated picture book tells a heartwarming story about empathy, courage, and helping others during difficult times. Watch as Maya's gentle spirit shines through the chaos, proving that even a small child can offer a safe harbor.

Celebrate Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month by creating your own Koinobori Flying Carp Craft! Join us in the Fairbanks Library meeting room for this fun and easy art project and create a masterpiece that you can keep.
This program is designed for children aged 6 to 11 years old but siblings of other ages are welcome too!
