Join us at the Barbara Bush Branch Library for an adventure in Hispanic folktales!

This show features a variety of characters from a wide range of cultures in stories that celebrate the various folk tale traditions of the Spanish-speaking world. Your young audience will love these high-energy stories being brought to life.

This program is for families of all shapes and sizes! No ages excluded.
Tickets are available at the Children's desk 15 minutes before the start of this event. Capacity is limited, so please pick up a ticket before attending this event.

Hosted by Creative Mental Wellness, DAISY’s Little Sprouts helps younger children start building a healthy emotional vocabulary and practice empathy. Children and caregivers participate together in guided story time followed by fun, reflective activities. **DAISY The Mental Health Dachshund will even join each book club discussion!

Explore the game of chess by learning about openings, endgames, strategies, and tactics. This class is designed for children ages 5 and up, accommodating both beginners and advanced players.

Free tickets will be distributed 30 minutes before the program at the Children's Reference Desk.

Join the High Meadows Library and The Michelle Project for a special Saturday story time! These interactive story times are suitable for all ages and abilities. We’ll explore the world of early literacy through singing, talking, writing, playing, and reading! Each super fun educational adventure is inspired by celebrations and traditions from that month. There's always a free book waiting for you at every session!
