Join our Tween Book Club here at the Barbara Bush Branch Library! We will discuss a new book every month paired with a fun activity.

The book for April will be Two Degrees by Alan Gratz.

Popcorn is, of course, provided! You may bring you own snacks too.

Get creative in a small way at our pocket-sized painting program! Teens will design and paint their own mini canvas masterpiece that is perfect to keep, gift, or display anywhere. All supplies will be provided.

Step into history and explore the people, places, and events that shaped our country. The American Revolution Experience, a collaborative project of the American Battlefield Trust and the Daughters of the American Revolution is coming to Freeman Library!

The exhibition display panels and interactive kiosks use storytelling and illustration to connect visitors with the people and places that shaped the birth of our nation. The exhibit will be on display at Freeman Library from April 27th through May 16th, 2026, during regular library business hours.
