Join the mobile education team from Harris County Precinct 3 to craft your very own walking stick! Learn about different tree species found along our Greenways and personalize your stick to take on your next hike. Ages 7 + welcome. We will use sharp tools; adults must supervise their children. 

Class size limited to 25, so be sure to sign up at the front desk! After signing up, be sure to check-in 10 minutes before the start of the program to ensure your spot.

Starting May 1, stop by the Crosby Library to sign up for a weekly take-home mystery available this summer. Tweens and teens ages 9 and up are invited to take part in this thrilling case to uncover the Mystery of the Missing Bigfoot.

This detective-style whodunit includes six mystery packets to be solved over the course of the summer. Registration is required - please see the front desk for details and registration

Level up your coding skills while battling ogres, solving puzzles, and completing epic quests! In this hands-on program, participants will use Code Combat, a game-based learning platform that teaches Python through exciting fantasy adventures. No experience needed—just bring your creativity and curiosity. Open to tweens and teens in 6th grade through 12th grade (ages 11-18).

Register now for a special typing and computer skills workshop for children ages 8-11/Grades 3rd-5th! During this semester, patrons will focus on learning and practicing basic typing skills. Each session will be on the 1st Monday of each month from February 2nd- May 5th from 1:30 pm- 3:30 pm. Registration is required for this program. Calling all brick builders, are you up for a challenge? Teens and Tweens will work to creatively complete a different build mission in an hour each month! Grades 4 to 12.

No registration is required. This event is open to ages 11 to 18.

Ready to play? Drop in for our monthly teen game night featuring Nintendo Switch battles and a selection of your favorite board games. Whether you're here to compete or just relax, we'll have snacks and a great time waiting for you! Open to tweens and teens in 6th grade through 12th grade (ages 11-18).

Take a break from homework and studying and hang out in the teen space with puzzles, board games, and snacks! This program is open to ages 12-17, 18 if in high school.
