The Next Chapter will host its upcoming cooking event on Thursday, December 04 at 10:15 AM. Participants will learn how to make brown mole using easily found store ingredients including mole sauce, chocolate, and chicken stock. The mole will be served over shredded chicken breast.
FamilySearch Memories is a free service on the FamilySearch website and mobile apps that allows users to upload and organize photos, stories, documents, and audio recordings related to their ancestors. These digital items can be added to individual profiles within the FamilySearch Family Tree, and users can tag people in the media, write descriptions, create albums, and choose to make memories public or private.
Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this program has been proven to help people with arthritis engage in walking, stretching, and strengthening exercises to reduce pain, increase balance and strength, and build confidence in their ability to be physically active.
This program is available for people 60 years of age and older with arthritis.
