Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this program has been proven to help people with arthritis engage in walking, stretching, and strengthening exercises to reduce pain, increase balance and strength, and build confidence in their ability to be physically active.
This program is available for people 60 years of age and older with arthritis.

We meet on the 2nd Thursday of every month at the Katy Library, 5414 Franz rd., Katy, Tx 77493. The meeting is held at 1pm in the meeting room unless otherwise stated. We enjoy sharing our gardening expertise, plant cuttings and learning from various scheduled speakers.

The Next Chapter Feature Film Series (FFS) concludes for the season on Thursday, May 14 starting at 10:15 AM in our upstairs Innovation Lab Classroom. We look forward to showing Drop, the 2025 psychological thriller about a widowed mother’s first date in years taking a terrifying turn when she’s bombarded with anonymous threatening messages on her phone during their upscale dinner. This film stars Meghann Fahy, Brandon Sklenar, Violett Beane, Jacob Robinson, and Jeffery Self.
