Bring your favorite deck, play the card game with other fans, trade cards in a controlled environment, and talk all things strategy. This event is open to all ages and skill levels.

Join the High Meadows Library and The Michelle Project for a special Saturday story time! These interactive story times are suitable for all ages and abilities. We’ll explore the world of early literacy through singing, talking, writing, playing, and reading! Each super fun educational adventure is inspired by celebrations and traditions from that month. There's always a free book waiting for you at every session!

A 30-minute storytime and sing-along featuring “If You Sing a Song to a Dragon” by Alisa Magallón. Children will explore rhyming, music, theatrical storytelling, visual arts, creativity, collaboration, and social-emotional learning.

Play, Learn, and Grow Together!
From October 13 through November 10, our regular Family Storytime will be replaced by the Play & Learn! Family Place Workshop. Family Storytime will return on November 17.
Join us for this special 5-week parent-child workshop designed to support early childhood development while strengthening the bond between children and their caregivers. Children ages 1–3 will enjoy hands-on play with toys and activities that encourage creativity, exploration, and learning.
Come on by the Baldwin Boettcher Library and see our big tribute display for Dolly Parton. Take the time to read the many wonderful things she said that inspired the world, and choose your favorite to vote on. The directions for voting are by the box to place your vote at the right side of the circulation desk. You can also write a little something about how Dolly Parton inspired you on your vote as well. You can add your name or stay anonymous.
