Featuring life-like, colorful dinosaur puppets that stomp, roar, and charm their way into every heart. This show blends science, storytelling, and imagination in the style of your favorite nature programs. It's an unforgettable field trip through time - without ever leaving your seat!

Yep, yep, yep!  The Kay Branch Library is hosting a movie matinee for kids on Monday, July 20, at 3:00pm! We will be watching the 1988 classic The Land Before Time (rated G).  Light snacks will be provided.

Little Sprouts Baby Story Time is a ticketed story time that is every Tuesday at 11 am at the Katy Library. Please make sure to arrive early to receive a ticket. This event is for non-walking babies only. We ask that older children are left out for safety.

Join the Katy Library for a music and movement program with Andyroo on Monday, June 29th, from 4:30-5:30 pm! This is the second of two shows! This event is FREE, tickets are available at the front desk 15 minutes before the event begins. Please limit the amount of adults to ensure as many children as possible can participate.

Join us at the Barbara Bush Branch Library for a wild encounter!

World Croc Day celebrates the wild nature of crocodiles. So the library invited a bunch of them to visit us for the Summer! Crocodile Encounter is here to teach you all about these modern relatives to the dinosaurs up close and personal. All ages are welcome.

This event will be hosted by our generous neighbors at the The George H. W. Bush Community Center, Room 226.

Join us at the Barbara Bush Branch for a unique experience, catered just for you!

DaCamera of Houston presents storytelling through music. Enjoy a musical retelling of Stellaluna by Janell Cannon brought to life by a flutist and violinist. Afterwards, participants will sequence illustrated scenes from the story and complete a simple writing activity. 

Recommended for K-2nd grade.

Every child has an artist inside them! At our Art Club, they will enjoy a variety of activities whether it be painting, drawing, coloring and much more! All materials provided. 

All materials will be provided. Program is for All Ages.

Come and see some of the animals you may encounter if you go and visit Lake Houston Wilderness Park! A trained staff member from the park will be available to present the animals and answer all of your questions.

Join us for a DINO-MITE film festival every Friday.

1:00 to 3:30 p.m., kids under 10 can enjoy fun, age-appropriate dinosaur themed cartoons and movies.

3:30 to 6:00 p.m., tweens and adults can experience thrilling dinosaur adventures.

It's a ROARING good time for all ages!
