Book Buddies is a free program that brings children and volunteers together to share the joy of reading. It pairs trained volunteers (Big Buddies) with children in kindergarten through 3rd grades (Little Buddies). For 10 weeks, the Buddies meet once a week in the afternoon for 45 minutes of one-on-one shared reading.
**Due to early voting in October, this program will be in the children's area of the library**
Join the Katy Library monthly for Big Kid Story Time for children ages 5-11! This story time is recommended for elementary-aged children and will include fun books, songs, and more! See you there!

This program is for children ages 4-12 and their parent/caregiver. Registration is required and begins one week in advance. Only the child needs to register.

Community Health & Wellness Services provided by Harris County Public Health at the Fairbanks Branch Library. Come visit the Mobile Dental Clinic for:
First visits include a dental screening.
Follow-up visits may include a dental cleaning or basic treatment.

This service is available from 8 am -3 pm each Monday with a lunch from 12-1.
