Do you feel your resume need to be revised or updated? Look no further. Meet a Future U College and Career Advisor in-person at the Northwest Library to look over your resume and give you some refresher and refining techniques that can help get your resume noticed. This process is to give advice, recommendations, and feedback that can truly help you move forward with you career journey.
This class, geared towards beginners, will introduce you to file types and folder organization as well as drive management and storage options.
Participants will learn how to create new documents, edit and save documents to the hard drive and a removable drive. Please bring a USB to class if you would like to save your work.
**Please bring their personal laptop computer (PC only) so that they can view and install various free malware and virus protection apps that will be discussed during the class.**

All of HCPL English-learning classes are taught by trained volunteer tutors and are completely free to attend. Learning materials are provided.
Beginner ESL Classes for Adults who speak little or no English. You will practice speaking, reading, writing and listening.
Advanced ESL Classes & Conversation Club for Adults who want to reach fluency in English. Practice speaking, reading, writing and listening with native speakers in a nonjudgmental environment.

Join us for a free class to help you prepare for your naturalization interview and civics test. You must complete an English placement assessment to join the class. Taking this class will not grant citizenship or pay for any application fees. Registration is required as space is limited.
