The Baldwin Boettcher Branch Library will host five consecutive beginning Spanish classes for adults ages 18+. The instructor will introduce basic Spanish phrases, and the students will have a chance to speak the phrases. We will meet in the Baldwin Boettcher Branch meeting room.
So many of us love a cup of coffee and consider it to be motivation in a mug, so we will be decorating mugs with positive vibes and creativity on the outside. Join us Friday October 17th at 2 pm in the Baldwin Boettcher Library conference room for some positive vibes and fun creativity! This program is for adults ages 18 and up. All supplies are provided and registration is required.

"Pop Art" is a drawing-based program where kids will follow a draw-along to create a base picture, and then use different elements, such as markers, chalk, crayons, or paint to finish their art project, all while enjoying freshly popped popcorn!
*Recommended for children ages 5-11, younger siblings are welcome with a parent or guardian.
Get ready to design a look that’s spooky, silly, or downright adorable! In this one-time workshop, kids will use fabric, cardboard, foam, craft supplies, and their imagination to create their own creepy-cute costumes. Whether it’s a funny monster, a magical creature, or a sweet-but-spooky disguise, patrons will leave with a unique creation to show off! (Patrons are welcome to bring a costume from home to embellish or repair, or they can build something brand-new with the materials provided.)

The Baldwin Boettcher Branch Library hosts English classes for adults ages 18+ who are interested in learning to speak the English language or improve their English-speaking skills. We teach basic English grammar subjects and words that relate to basic life skills. The students have the opportunity to practice speaking the English language with other students.
