Want to make your voice heard and help shape what happens at your library? The Stratford Branch Library is looking for motivated teens to join the Teen Advisory Committee (TAC)—a team of young leaders who help connect local youth with the library and the wider community.

As a TAC member, you won’t just attend meetings—you’ll help plan programs, influence decisions, and create a better space for teens through service, advocacy, and leadership.

Teens ages 13-18 can join us at the Spring Branch-Memorial Branch Library once a month to earn an hour of volunteer credit by doing a project for a local community organization! Our next session is on Thursday, September 10th at 4:30 PM.

Teens ages 12-18 are invited to learn how to cook pumpkin empanadas at the Spring Branch-Memorial Branch Library on Saturday, September 26th at 3:00 PM. This recipe will include gluten, pumpkin, sugar, and dairy. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

A waiver is required to attend the program which will be emailed upon registration.

Hang out at the library and play a game of teamwork and betrayal. We'll play Among Us on Tuesday, September 22nd at 4:30 PM.

All equipment provided. Space limited. Pick up free tickets at the front desk 15 minutes before the program starts to secure your spot. This program is for ages 8-18.
