Description: Ballet Body Conditioning Basics is ballet-based body-conditioning and strengthening using Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) exercises.

Free! No registration.A waiver will be provided and required to participate.Attire: Wear something you can move comfortably in. Exercise pants and T-shirts are fine. Shoes are not necessary, bare feet or socks work best.Equipment: Bring a yoga mat or towel to lay on. If you have a small exercise ball, please bring it (some will also be provided).
