These classes will cover the following computer topics:
June 1st at 12pm - ChatGPT & A.I. Basics
June 8th at 12pm - Microsoft Word
June 15th at 12pm - Smart Phone Basics Class

Often described as 'meditation in motion', Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise that helps to strengthen your muscles and relax your mind.

The team offers beginner friendly computer lessons designed for older adults, those new to computers, and those who would just like a refresher and would like to brush up on their computer knowledge.
This six week workshop will cover computer basics in the following modules:
Module 1: Introduction to Computers – What a computer is, its parts, and how it works
This beginner friendly lesson will introduce participants to cross-stitching, which is a form of counted-thread embroidery using X-shaped stitches to create a pattern.
This program is limited to attendees age 5 and up. Children under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be able to help their children with the project.This program involves sharp embroidery needles and embroidery scissors.Registration is required due to limited supplies and seating.**18 and Up Only**
Create a diamond art masterpiece! Work on a diamond art kit alongside your fellow crafters. All supplies will be provided and stored at the library until your artwork is finished. Kits that have not been used for 2 meetings will be available to new members.
**Please note that due to limited supplies, each patron will get to make (1) item.
Chat about great books with some great people! Join our Virtual Book Club, hosted by Katherine Tyra Branch Library!
We will meet virtually (via Microsoft Teams) every first Wednesday of the month from 3-4 PM to discuss the selected book. Online registration is required. You will receive an email with a meeting link the day before the event.
This month, you can talk about whatever you have been currently reading! We will also be picking the next year of reads for the club so come join if you want to have some influence on that!
