Every month there is a new event in this club, so the adventure is always changing.

Join us every Thursday for a fun hour full of crafts and workshops. Relax, have a snack in a safe and welcoming space!
Unwind after school Mondays and Thursdays at the library! Chat with your friends, work on homework, and enjoy your snacks.
This event is open to tween and teens only. No registration is required, but space and supplies may be limited.
Teens! Hang out, play games, and do something awesome at the library! We have tablets, a huge digital table, game consoles, and more for FREE use. Meet new friends, challenge yourself, and unleash your creativity!

Every child has an artist inside them! At our Art Club, they will enjoy a variety of activities whether it be painting, drawing, coloring and much more! All materials provided.

Teen Book Club has transformed into Read It and Eat! It's a book club with a twist--during book club, you create something yummy based on this month's theme and then feast. This month, the theme is Scary Books and Banned Books. Chat about your favorite books while making Terrifying Treats!
Readers of manga, graphic novels, books, and audiobooks are welcome! Even if you haven't read anything new lately, you can still join us! This program is for readers ages 13-18.
Students in grades 6-12 can experience a 2000s throwback with a classic animated television show and craft!
Enjoy a viewing of Courage the Cowardly Dog (Y7), a series that follows an easily frightened dog named Courage that must protect his elderly owners from creepy happenings all while in the middle of nowhere.
While watching, make a Halloween mask that would make Courage shriek!
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with mini dioramas inspired by nichos, a Latin American folk art where one can create a shrine of an important person, loved one, or a cherished memory or object.
If your student is struggling with math or has a simple question, come see Ms. Patricia for some one-on-one help! Each student should bring a homework or school work that they need help with. This program is for students in 4th to 12th grade. Registration is online, but walk-ins may be accepted.
Do you have a child in kindergarten through 3rd grade who loves stories—or one who could use a little extra reading support? Harris County Public Library’s Book Buddies is a FREE, fun-filled literacy program that pairs enthusiastic, trained teen volunteers (our amazing Big Buddies) with younger readers (Little Buddies) for 9 weeks of reading adventures!
