Join us for a free,12-week class to help you prepare for your naturalization interview and civics test. An English assessment must be taken for class admittance. Taking this class does not grant citizenship or pay for any application fees. Registration is required as space is limited.
Teens ages 13-18 can join us at the Spring Branch-Memorial Branch Library once a month to earn an hour of volunteer credit by doing a project for a local community organization!
Join us for a fun interactive weekly story time perfect for walkers. Tiny Tykes uses stories, songs and finger plays to engage toddlers and their parents/caregivers. Tickets are required and will be handed out at the information desk 15 minutes prior.
This program is held in our meeting room or on nice days we may move to the Reading Garden, weather permitting.
Ticket distribution begins 15 minutes prior to any event/program.
Tickets will not be available 10 minutes after any program has started.

Classes are free and all materials are provided. Pre-registration is required before anyone can attend. To register for class, fill out the registration form, email us at pw@hcpl.net, or call the branch at 832-927-7870. Our Literacy Coordinator will help determine the right class for you and check to see if there are any open spaces available.
Have you ever felt like a spooky picture was following you with it's eyes? Come craft one at the library! Teens and tweens, grades 4th-12th. Due to early voting this event will take place in the public area of the library.
This program, offered on Tuesdays at 10:15 AM provides children (ages 3-5) with early literacy skills through oral language, phonological awareness, and print recognition (also known as books, rhymes and songs). Crafts or coloring sheets will be provided for children at the end of story time.
The Maud Marks Branch Library's meeting room will be open for early voting and election day voting. Come in to vote during the days and times listed below:
