We will host our next crafting event on Thursday, October 15 at 10:15 AM in the upstairs Conference Room. With guidance, participants will make their own jumbo paper clip bookmark. Materials will be provided by the Friends of Freeman Library.
A virtual tour around the world! Join us every second Tuesday of the month as we learn about the cultural practices, celebrations, food, animals, language, and geography of specific countries through discussion and hands-on activities. In October, prepare for a special tour, as we travel around Haunted America, explore the spookiest sites and celebrate with some crafts!
This program is for children ages 7-12. Registration is required and begins one week in advance.
Join us as we explore emotions and move through our feelings to a calm, kind space. Bring your curiosity as we practice techniques that help build a strong emotional awareness in ourselves and others.
This program is for children ages 3-6 and their parent/caregiver. Registration is required and begins one week in advance. Only the child needs to register.

Fall 2025 Schedule
Our 5-week program introduces learning through play to children and their parents. It’s an opportunity for parents to learn more about and bond with their children. Parents will meet other parents and resource professionals, too!
This program is geared for ages 0-3. Siblings are welcome.
Tickets are required and will be handed out at the front desk 15 minutes before the program.
Tickets will not be available 15 minutes after the program has started.
