Hot Wheels isn't just a toy—it's a cultural icon that has thrilled fans for over 50 years. From its creation in 1968 to becoming a global phenomenon. Do you or your children have some Hot Wheels stashed in a closet that they no longer play with? Then bring them to the Library, swap them for “new‑to‑them” Hot Wheels 1:64 Scale Basic Toy Car or Truck, without spending money. See program participation rules/registration requirements.
