Dance to Learn is a movement integration program, that approaches academic curriculum from a kinesthetic perspective. Houston Ballet teaching artists work to create lessons that address TEKS in multiple subject's areas while building social emotional skills.


Tickets will be given out 30 minutes before each performance. Priority seating is for children ages 5-11; little kids and parents will be allowed in as space permits.

This program is for kids ages 3-5 and their parent/caregiver and is limited to 15 children. Registration is required and begins one week in advance.

Switch 2 Play is a weekly Thursday event at 4:00 PM in the library, where people of all ages can relax and connect through popular games like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mario Kart World, and Just Dance. All necessary equipment, including the console, controllers, and seating, is provided for a fun and easygoing gaming experience. Whether you're here to unwind, improve your skills, or meet fellow gamers, Switch 2 Play offers a welcoming space to play and have fun.
