The participants will complete the ELQN survey and receive a gift card of $50 on site. Gift cards will be given to the first two hundred (200) people who complete the survey. Individuals must be over the age of 18 and are only eligible for one gift card upon completion of the survey. Multiple adults from the same household will be eligible for gift cards for individual completion of the survey.
Refreshments will also be available in the form of drinks, cookies, etc. at this event. Individuals who did not take the survey on-sight but filled out a survey previously can pick up a gift card during the event from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
