Join Future U at the Stratford Branch Library on the 1st Thursday of each month from October through December for workshops aimed specifically to help navigate both your College and Career Path.
Each Month, there will be a new presentation designed to provide an informative and beneficial experience, and then incorporate a one-on-one workshop to work on these newly acquired skills!
This second workshop will focus primarily on changing careers later in life. Future U will discuss how to research, prepare for, and successfully transition into new careers, as well as offer resources to keep your mind positive and your outcomes fruitful.
Future U will help you find ways to stay positive, maintain momentum, and ultimately obtain that new career. We can help you find ways to transfer your previous skills, how to acquire desired skills, and then combine them to land that new career.
Time will also be provided for one-on-one assistance with a Future U advisor to provide any additional assistance if needed.
