This class will include two days of TinkerCAD 3D design, with a 3D printing orientation on the third day.

Join us for a chair-based yoga class suitable for all levels of experience. Chair yoga comprises the same elements as traditional yoga, including physical poses (asanas), meditation (dhyana), and breathing techniques (pranayama). The gentle practice modifies standard yoga poses, making them possible while seated in a chair.
