In this program, we will focus on the topic of sugar, beverages, and snacks. Families will learn to improve their skills in planning and preparing delicious, nutritious, affordable meals through a presentation and cooking demo. Presented by Harris County Public Health. Registration is highly encouraged.

Dance to Learn is back for the Summer!
Come ready to move and dance for the Move and Read Aloud Program by the Houston Ballet! Dance to Learn is a movement integration program that approaches academic curriculum from a kinesthetic perspective. A storytime format, but with LOTS more movement and dancing!
* program runs for 6 weeks, registration is required

Zumbini instructor, Shelly D, is here to join music, movement, and early development in a fun and physical way. You and your Littles will dance and groove in ways that promote cognitive, social, fine and gross motor skills, and emotional development.
This program is free and will be hosted by our generous neighbors at the Cypress Creek Christian Community Center (C5). It is intended for caregivers with toddlers and pre-schoolers.
