Join us at the Katy Library for Flower Hour, a preschool story time, from 11:15 am-12 pm. This event will take place on the carpet in the children's section of the library. Come dance, sing, and grow while we read books together!
Come in costume and join the fun with Swamp Fishing, Graveyard Golf, Spider & Witch Hat Ring Toss, Eyeball Balance, Monster Photo Area, Treat or Treat Toss, Crafts, and Go Trick or Treat around the Library for goodies.

Program Analysts from Precinct 3 will participate in the upcoming First Responder’s Day community event. At their table, they will provide ELQN literature and administer the mid-point survey, while also offering children’s books and themed coloring pages as incentives for families who stop by.
