Step into history and explore the people, places, and events that shaped our country. The American Revolution Experience, a collaborative project of the American Battlefield Trust and the Daughters of the American Revolution is coming to Freeman Library!

The exhibition display panels and interactive kiosks use storytelling and illustration to connect visitors with the people and places that shaped the birth of our nation. The exhibit will be on display at Freeman Library from April 27th through May 16th, 2026, during regular library business hours.

Get ready for a story time adventure. After we dive into two exciting tales, we'll jump into fun games and awesome activities that bring the books to life.

Prepárense para una aventura llena de cuentos. Después de sumergirnos en historias fascinantes, participaremos en juegos divertidos y actividades increíbles que darán vida a los libros.

Join us on Wednesdays at 11:00 am for Toddler Story Time! This 30-minute Story Time is designed for toddlers aged 1 to 3 years old. We meet in the children's area to share books, songs, rhymes, and more! After Story Time, the toy cabinets are opened and the children are invited to stay and play. It's a great way to meet other caregivers and give your toddler a chance to socialize. 

Siblings are always welcome. 

We meet in the children's area where the picture books and campfire rug are located. 

No registration or tickets required.

A Family Board Game Night

Dice, cards, and everything in between! Drop in to A Series of Unfortunate Dice Rolls, a casual family board game night for ages 7-13. Siblings and parents are welcome to join the fun.
