Come and join us in person for 30 to 45 minutes of art exploration! Our "Pour Your Art Out" after school art time is free to attend and all materials will be provided. Art projects are age-appropriate for elementary school age children and their caregivers. We will announce art subjects at the start of each program.

Book Buddies is a FREE literacy program that brings child and teens together to share the joy of reading. It pairs trained teen volunteers (Big Buddies) with children in K-3rd grades (Little Buddies).
Each Wednesday for 10 weeks, Big Buddies and Little Buddies will meet to read together and create positive experiences surrounding literacy. By the end of the session, we aspire that all Little Buddies will learn to love to read and form positive associations with reading.

Some of these fierce women paper dolls may also feature accessories. Let your creativity soar while learning about great women trailblazers.
This program is geared for ages 6 and up. (must be able to independently handle scissors)
Come celebrate National Poetry Month and join us for some Poetry Pandemonium! Create your own poems and share them and have fun reading other poetry! This program is geared for elementary school age children and their caregivers.

Looking for homework help? Come on in to your local library to find the resources you need for success! Aldine Library will offer a quiet space for teens and kids on Thursdays @ 5:30 PM. Librarians will be on hand to provide assistance.
Harris County Public Library offers a variety of free resources, including computers, printers, and access to special research websites available with your library card.
