When you discover a mysterious suitcase filled with expedition tools, you’ll use your imagination and senses to search for dinosaur fossils! Journey through the jungle, dig for bones at an excavation site, rescue dinosaurs from tar pits, and collect dino eggs—just be careful of the earth-shaking volcano! Ideal for ages 3-8. Because this program includes hands-on props and materials, participants should disclose any allergies or sensitivities.
Join us for Texas Snakes and learn all about snakes native to Texas. Presented by Mr. Clint's "Texas Snakes and More" with live specimens to observe! This is free to attend and recommended for kids of all ages and their families.

In the bustling town of Roarsville, every dinosaur gets to shine in the annual Dino Day Talent Show—except for Shy-a-saurus Rex, a timid young T-Rex with stage fright and a soft voice that barely makes a squeak. Though she has a big imagination and a heart full of dreams, Shy-a-saurus is too nervous to share her talents.
Join the other majestic beasts at this dinosaur-themed tea time! We will have a short story time, an easy dino craft, followed by tea (apple juice) and finger foods (goldfish).
A bashful dinosaur enlists her friends and the audience to help her overcome her shyness and find her voice. The audience learns the importance of courage, confidence, and overcoming personal obstacles from within—with a little help from friends.
Best suited for PreK–5th grade, but designed to be fun and engaging for all ages, including younger children and adults.
Discover how music can tell a story during this interactive program inspired by The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Participants will listen for the musical “caterpillar motif” and move along with the performance before taking part in the “Butterfly Ballet,” using sound and movement to explore each stage of the butterfly life cycle. Recommended for K-1st grade.
