Join us for an interactive early literacy experience for infants and their caregivers. This program is geared toward babies newborn-18 months and features songs, books, baby signs and playtime. 

This program is a wonderful way to encourage your child’s language development, early literacy, and connect with other parents!

Space is limited. Please pick up your free tickets at the Children's Reference Desk the morning of the program to gain entry to Baby Sprouts story time.

Kids three and under and your grown ups! Join us for the Family Place Workshop from 10:30 am - 11:30 am every Monday from April 6th - May 4th.

This workshop is a five-week program, designed to be a fun resource for parents & guardians to connect and play with their children, other families, and professionals from our community about early childhood topics . Professionals from Kingwood and beyond will join us to provide insight and resources to help inform and support young children.

Get ready to sing, bounce, play and bond with baby during this interactive baby time. This program is perfect for non-walkers. Space is limited. Tickets available 15 minutes before the program at the information desk.

Tickets will not be available 10 minutes after any program has started.

The age-appropriate child must be present to get a ticket for any ticketed program. Age range and ticket limits apply for each program.

Join us at the Barbara Bush Branch Library for Baby Storytime with Ms. Amanda! We will read stories, have tummy time, and sing songs. Look forward to lots of wiggles, giggles, and play. Caregivers are encouraged to stay after to play and build community connections.

Little Sprouts Baby Story Time is a ticketed story time that is every Tuesday at 11 am at the Katy Library. Please make sure to arrive early to receive a ticket. This event is for non-walking babies only. We ask that older children are left out for safety.

*Programs and services are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliant. Special accommodations can be requested in advance by contacting the library.
