The next book club pick: The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold

“And my sister, my Lindsey, left me in her memories, where I was meant to be.”

“Murderers are not monsters, they're men. And that's the most frightening thing about them.”

Susie, our narrator in this haunting tale, is a teenage girl watching from her own personal heaven as her family and neighborhood cope with the aftermath of her tragic death. This book is heart-wrenching, yet hopeful - an exploration of grief and the resilience of love.
