Registration for this class can be done when you attend an in person session.
Your GPA and test scores say a lot — but your college essay is where you get to speak. Not sure where to start? Join us for a presentation that takes the mystery (and misery) out of writing your personal statement.
We’ll cover:
What colleges are really looking for in your essay
How to pick the right topic (hint: it’s not always your biggest accomplishment)
Writing tips to help your story shine
Common pitfalls and how to avoid sounding like everyone else
Bring seeds, plant cuttings, and potted plants to swap with other plant lovers! Restock and curate our community seed library.
Stay and talk with new friends about gardening and nature. Tea and cookies will be provided for your chat!

Bring seeds from your garden or store seed packets to the Plant Swap to add to our new Seed Library. The Seed Library will offer free seeds for the community. Share your gardening knowledge!
Join us on Fridays at 1PM to craft and chat. We focus on knitting and crochet and make items to donate to local charities.
We are happy to help old and new crafters with their projects, but this is not a formal class.
Please bring your own supplies.
