Learn how to book time with the Kingwood Library’s Cricut! This orientation session will introduce participants to using the Cricut in the library. Those who complete the class will then be able to request time to use a Cricut at HCPL branches, at which time they will complete a short machine-specific orientation at the location of their choice. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a Cricut.

This event is open to those ages 13 and older. Teens ages 13-16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian. Registration is required.

Learn how to use the Laser Cutter to engrave a customized sliced wooden medallion.

Space is limited and registration is required. Basic computer and mouse skills are required. This program is for Adults only and will meet in the Computer Lab.

Due to demand, if you have not arrived by 5 minutes after the start of the program, your spot will be released.

In partnership with Creative Mental Wellness, DAISY’s Deep Reads is an in-person book club where mental health meets the magic of books. Each month, we’ll explore a new book that dives into topics like mental wellness, behavioral health, trauma, resilience, or substance use.
