Word Crafters is a writing group that meets every Wednesday at 3:30 pm in the conference room of Baldwin Boettcher Library. No registration is necessary.
We do prompts share, discuss, and encourage.

Come hang out with some adult coloring pages, explore watercolors, try your hand at sketching or bring your own art project to work on. Materials are provided at this two hour chill sesh.
Are you interested in continuing your English learning past the basics? Come to the Aldine Branch Library for a free English class for advanced beginner speakers.
- Class is once a week on Thursdays from 12 - 1:30 p.m.
- It is an 8 week session from August 6th to September 24th, 2026.
- Registration is required in order to attend.

Adults! Bring your extra plants or seeds and trade them for something new to grow. This event is also a great opportunity to mingle with other plant lovers, share tips, and chat about your favorite varieties.
General Guidelines - to help keep the swap fun and successful for everyone:
- Bring plants in pots that you're willing to give away.
- All plants must be healthy, pest and disease-free.
- Please avoid invasive species.
- Label each plant if possible
