Harris County Universal Services' mission is to empower residents with the skills and confidence they need to use technology safely and effectively.

"Our team offers beginner friendly computer lessons designed for older adults, those new to computers, and those who would just like a refresher and would like to brush up on their computer knowledge."

Create a hanging macramé ghost.This is a beginner friendly project, just come ready to knot, create and have some spooky fun. 

All supplies are generously furnished by the Friends of the Library Kingwood (F.O.L.K.).

Join us for our 3D Printer Orientation!

This orientation session will introduce participants to 3D printing services in the library. Those who complete the class will then be able to request time to use a 3D printer at HCPL branches, at which time they will complete a short machine-specific orientation at the location of their choice. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a 3D printer.
