Join us for a special movie screening at the library!

Come watch a hilarious prehistoric adventure where a grumpy mammoth, a goofy sloth, and a saber-toothed tiger unexpectedly team up to return a lost baby home.

This movie is rated PG, and has a runtime of 81 minutes. This program is intended for all ages.

The Children's Museum of Houston has prepared workshops for you!

This Para Los Niños workshop includes learning activities to use at home related to the theme Raising a reader.
This program is appropriate for families with children ages 7 and younger.

Participate in this program for a Children's Museum pass for up to six people.

The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is an opportunity for teenagers to voice their ideas and opinions regarding library programs. Participation can be used for community service hours. 

You don't need a library card to participate in this meeting. You also do not need to register, just show up!

Join Zarate like Karate for an exciting karate class for ages 4–14! Kids will learn basic martial arts techniques, build confidence, and have fun staying active. 

Please dress comfortably and wear clothes suitable for movement. This program is for ages 4-14.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

Celebrate the 4th of July and the America's 250th birthday with a hands-on craft that’s fun for all ages! 

We will create DIY confetti poppers, for everyone to use at their own 4th of July celebrations!

All materials will be provided.

Come and learn about the rich history of the City of Katy. A representative from the Katy Heritage Society will speak on the history of Katy and how it came to be a great place to live! Learn about the cultural development of the community along with historical landmarks, natural beauty, documents, and other objects distinctive of Katy and adjacent areas. Join us on Saturday, June 6, at 2 PM.

Teens ages 12-18 are invited to learn how to make Oreo bites that look like dinosaur eggs at the Spring Branch-Memorial Branch Library on Thursday, July 9th at 4:00 PM.

A waiver is required to attend the program which will be emailed upon registration.

The ingredients include gluten, dairy, and chocolate. Please let us know if you have any food allergies.
