Teens and tweens will be divided into four teams who design and build a robot, then use your robot to battle other robot creations!  Win or loose, your team will have the chance to redesign and head back into the battle arena! Tickets required and will be available at 4PM at the front desk.

The Houston Museum of Natural Science will be presenting Science on Stage: Dinosaur Discovery! Experience the world of dinosaurs! Discover their lives, diets, and adaptations through interactive presentations. Meet real fossilized specimens and marvel at their bones, horns, claws, teeth, and skin. Learn what makes dinosaurs incredible!

Ticket required to attend the event. Free tickets will be handed out at the Children's Desk starting Monday, June 29th.

The Barbara Bush Branch Library is excited to host Challenge Island – Cypress!

This program bring hands-on STEAM fun to the community. Through creative, team-based challenges, children will explore science, technology, engineering, art, and math in an engaging and interactive environment. Our programs encourage creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and imagination while making learning fun for all.

Space and supplies are limited, so please register.
This is an elementary school aged program.

Spend time playing one-on-one with your child during Adventures in Play! This program encourages play-based learning and social play with a variety of fun and educational toys. 

This program is for kids ages 1-3 and their parent/caregiver. Registration is required and begins one week prior.
