Unleash your inner artist at the library! Whether you're a glue gun guru or a newbie with scissors, this is your chance to let your creativity run wild. Join a squad of fellow teens for an afternoon where your imagination can be as unhinged as you want!
The Baldwin Boettcher Branch Library will host a an Adult Coloring Sheet Program in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. This activity is for adults ages 18+, and the participants will have the opportunity to color a sheet of various Famous Hispanic People with colored pencils. Join us for this fun and relaxing event.
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with the Baldwin Boettcher Branch Library as we present the fourth annual Fiesta @ HCPL. The day's festivities include live music and dance, craft and activity stations, children's authors, refreshments, and fun for the whole family! Best of all, kids will get free books while supplies last!

Join us for our weekly after school STEAM club, and help us continue our cat themed month with a Nyan Cat drawing challenge!
"Pop Art" is a drawing-based program where kids will follow a draw-along to create a base picture, and then use different elements, such as markers, chalk, crayons, or paint to finish their art project, all while enjoying freshly popped popcorn!
*Recommended for children ages 5-11, younger siblings are welcome with a parent or guardian.
The Baldwin Boettcher Branch Library hosts English classes for adults ages 18+ who are interested in learning to speak the English language or improve their English-speaking skills. We teach basic English grammar subjects and words that relate to basic life skills. The students have the opportunity to practice speaking the English language with other students.
Join us for a free class to help you prepare for your naturalization interview and civics test. You must complete an English placement assessment to join the class. Taking this class will not grant citizenship or pay for any application fees. Registration is required as space is limited.
Join us for our weekly homeschool meet up, where kids can engage in STEAM activities such as building challenges, fiber art crafts, science experiments, process art, games, and more, all while having fun and socializing. Parents/caregivers are welcome to join each other in the library for an informational session and networking.
