The Teen Advisory Board is hosting a - not so friendly- game of Mafia. This deduction game is basically a murder mystery in which players try to guess who is behind the killing spree of the local villagers. There will be a lot of finger-pointing and betrayal. April is National stress awareness month, and we are relaxing by making our very own lavender sugar body scrub.
We're using sugar because it's gentle for daily exfoliation and sensitive skin and we're using lavender oil because it helps with mood, anxiety and depression and reduces pain and inflammation.
You get to make and take your own body scrub in a little jar to try at home plus the recipe to make more if you'd like!
